Hi.. As per amendment we have decided to provide Sanitary Napkins but the only problem is disposal of used Sanitary napkins... Can anyone share the correct method to dispose it.....?

Used sanitary napkins should only be disposed of in biodegradable waste. You can't simply destroy or throw them here and there. To properly dispose of them, you need to use red dustbins and arrange an agreement with a local vendor who collects biodegradable waste from hospitals.
