Hi,
since a new bee, need your advice.
I gave a phonic interview, got selected, and they sent me an email stating that its a firm offer of employment and a hard copy will be issued once I join. In email the CTC and joining date is mentioned.
Now 4 days before joining the new company, they called me stating that the offer letter is withdrawn as they have sold the department to other entity, for which I was hired for.
Now please help me understand how much compensation shall I ask for, if they're ready to pay. If not how can I tackel them.
Thanks for your help in advance.
