I had resgined from company by sending mail intimation 3 months back. As per company policy Notice period is 90 days. My last working day was 21st Dec, which is informed me around 20th Nov. But ,later on 1st Dec, company changed my LWD to 5th Dec due to their financial reasons. I had 16 earned leaves balance.
Now, company is saying they have adjusted my earned leave balance to reduce my notice period & balance can't be encashed. My LWD changed by company only due to their financial reasons even though I was ready to serve entire notice period till 21st Dec.
All decisions were taken in company favour.. Please let me know if this legal as per company law.. I want my earned leave encashment...How can I proceed further....

Visit your nearest labour office ( Presuming that you are Workman under Industrial Dispute Act ). Else you need to file case in Civil Court for damages.
