I was working in a Malayalam channel and I resigned in September. From May onwards I was on LOP due to some family matters. But till my resignation I was handling administrative matters of the bureau. When I got reliving order from HR, it says that they have relieved me from my duties from may onwards and that too upon my request. The same is written in the experience certificate also. When I enquired about this HR person told that they issued the certificate based on my last working day in the organisation. Is it right or whether I have the right to get the experience certificate and relieving order based on my resignation date.
