I need the basic minimum wages of Tamilnadu so that I can calculate the minimum wages for the year 2018-19. As well as 2018-19 minimum wages for unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled.

The question is very vague. That apart, it is not the responsibility of the individual employer to calculate the minimum wages payable to his employees on his own. He has to ensure that whatever wages are being paid to his employees do not fall short of the wages fixed by the appropriate Government in respect of the employments covered by the Schedule of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
