For ESIC, fill out Form 01 along with Aadhar card details of self and family members, as well as bank account information. Complete EPF Form 11 with Aadhar/PAN/bank account details. There should be no partiality between old and new employees; if they have old accounts, they will be linked. Physical submission to the office is not required; the employer can submit the necessary information to generate the ID in ESIC/EPF for both.
