Hi Sir, I absconded from BPO company 5 months back but still I have not received any absconded letter so far.
will there be any problem if I join in other company?
Please note that they have stopped sending salary into my account but did not sent me any absconding email.
Will I hold dual employment or any other thing?
Will dual employment impact my career?
Please assist me thank you.

If you are not sure you are absconded or not and you didn't received any letter or salary from the company. You can drop resignation mail to the previous HR and can join other company. All the best...

Dear Anony,
As you have not received any letter from the employer; there may be a possibility that you are still on their payroll however as an Inactive employee than an Exit. This may create an issue incase your new employer gets your background verification done. Why dont you send them a formal resignation now? and request for a relieving.
Dual Employment can lead to termination of one's services!!

Hi sir,
I joined in march 2018 and absconded from Genpact company in the June 2018 month and now I received a letter stating that I need to pay rupees 43000/- to them else they will take legal action against me.
After absconding I have informed to my manager that I am leaving and also I sent an email to my manager stating that
"I have absconded from your organisation and so requesting to issue me releaving letter".
Manager didn't replay to me.
Now Genpact is asking me to pay 43000 rs. I dont have money to pay them.
I am currently working in different BPO company joined in January 2019.
background verification is not completed in this company.
I didn't inform anything about the previous company.
is their any chances of getting known abt my previous employment details to my current company?
If they got to know what will be situations I am going to face them.
If I don't pay the amount will my career get effected? as they told they will take legal action against me
Kindly find the attachment sent to me from the GENPACT.

Dear Friend,
As a HR i think that, If you wants to get separate from company then you should followed the company's procedures because this kind of absconding shows your unprofessionalism towards your employment.
Just think friend, if you gets an opportunity to work one of the best company's in India and they conducts your background verification and they comes to know that, candidate absconded in his previous employment, its effect your career's best opportunities.
