I forgot the password to log in to PF UAN. If I use the "forgot password" link, an OTP is sent to my old phone number, which is no longer in use. It was an AIRCEL number. Now, I cannot retrieve that old mobile number from other networks.
If I select the "NO" option on the forgot password page, it asks for Aadhaar and PAN for verification. I have not updated my Aadhaar or PAN in my UAN.
Now, I want to log in to UAN. Kindly help with this.

Dear Chitra,
Based on your request, click on "forgot password," enter your UAN, Captcha, and submit. Then the system will ask you, "Do you wish to send OTP on the above mobile number?". You can select "Yes" or "No." If you choose "No," the system will ask for your Name, Date of Birth, and Gender (as per your Employer Register Details). After entering those details, click on verify. Upon successful verification, you will be prompted to enter a new mobile number and create a new password.

Thank you for your reply. After verification of Name, DOB & Gender, it asks for Aadhaar/PAN verification. I have not updated Aadhaar and PAN details in KYC, so in this step, it says details are not matching. I could not proceed to the next step. Hope you understood.

Please ask your employer about your details such as name, date of birth, gender, and how they are updated in their portal. Sometimes, there may be errors like wrong spelling of your name, incorrect date of birth, or gender wrongly updated in the employer's portal. The employer-provided details should be entered exactly as given; even if they do not match with Aadhar details, the system will accept them.
