Hi... One of my employee want to change his mobile no. in UAN as his already updated no. is missing and he forget his UAN password.. Now the problem is that his basic detail is not matched. We have not mentioned his surname while generating his UAN at the time of joining but his surname is mentioned in aadhar card. So he is unable to retrieve his password. Pls suggest/elaborate what we can do now
