The Presiding Officer of the Internal Committee in your Establishment/Start Up Esta,
constituted under Section-4 of the said Act of 2013, HAS to File the Mandatory Annual Retiurn for Calendar Year 2013 (1.1.2018 to 31.12.2018) under Section-21 with a Copy to the Employer/Head of the Institution/Esta who in turn is Law-Bound to incorporate the Contents of Her AR in the Annual Report of the Companies to be Filed fbefore the ROC.
Further, as per the Recent Amendment in the Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014, the Board of Directors of your Company has to Furnish a Written Declaration before the ROC that the Internal Committee under Section-4 has/have been constituted.
