Dear All,

My name is Santosh. My company director telephoned me and informed me that I won't be required to attend the office starting from tomorrow, i.e., from 7.2.2019, without providing any termination letter. After a few days, they sent a letter dated 20.2.2019 regarding the termination of my services with immediate effect. In the letter, they mentioned, "Due to unfavorable market conditions for the products of the Group, it has become necessary for the Management to reduce operational expenses, with one month notice pay in lieu of one month notice pay."

Sir, I have been working in that company for the last 12 years and 4 months. Now, the second month has passed, and I have not received any dues despite continuous reminders to our Director through phone and email.

Please suggest what steps I should take and how many months of salary I am entitled to.
