Some measures that can be considered include changing shifts of employees in a scheduled manner, verifying any employee who is unhappy about the changed shift timings, establishing a transfer policy from one unit to another in the same city or a different town, and engaging in frequent interactions with employees to better understand them and help resolve any issues.
