Hello there, first, get the list of holidays and leave policy details from the Companies Act under which you are registered. Then, sit with your management and decide on the holidays. In general, for every year from January to December, a minimum of 24 holidays should be set apart from public holidays and festive holidays. The overall policies can be obtained from the Companies Act in general.
