PF withdrawal rejected - TECHNICAL PROBLEM (PDF NOT OPEN)

I applied for my PF withdrawal but it has been rejected stating- TECHNICAL PROBLEM (PDF NOT OPEN)/TECHNICAL PROBLEM (PDF NOT OPEN) Please suggest what i should do now.

if KYC is verified and your application is done through aadhar OTP, then you can re apply or take a print copy of old application and submit manually to department,
