I have been facing a problem in opening the attachments posted today. I have been able to click on the attachment, but after that, the file could not be saved or opened. I tried this on two or three systems, but the same result.
Let me know if you too are encountering the same difficulty. Please reply as soon as possible.

I am also facing the same problem. whenever i click any link to download file a new webpage opens but the file does not gets downloaded.

Even i am facing the same problem trying to download file and it opens a blank window wonder y is the concerned not bother to take care of the technical problem happening here....

This is the only solution for all those who are facing this kind of problem. Please try to understand exactly what the problem is before getting frustrated. There is nothing rocket science in this. I wonder what the big deal is in downloading the file. Please follow the steps:
Once you click on the file that you are willing to download, please save it on your desktop with the same file name or any other name (if you wish). Then, proceed to download the file. The file will be saved on the desktop. Please open that file to view the contents.
Please let me know if any help is required.
