Let her go Forcing such people is not worth it But review the reasons and also whether such exits are common

Further to Mr. Nathrao's advice, please call the candidate for an exit interview to ascertain the reasons behind her early exit. If such exits happen too often it would be wise to introspect the policies and working conditions/ambiance of the organization.
