Can anyone suggest me about exempt employee and what is the exemption form number to submit in pf office.

It is not exemption actually but there is a provision that an employee whose salary at the time of joining is more than Rs 15000 can be excluded from coverage. Similarly, an employee who is in receipt of PF Pension can also be excluded. You need not submit any form in support of it but just collect form 11 and keep it with you. Form 11 is a declaration that this employee was not a member of PF in his previous employment or if he was a member had withdrawn the benefits.
