our exemployee submitted the form 19 & 10c for pf/pension withdrawal. He got the sms that his form 19 is approved and 10c is rejected due to ncp days more than 80 i.e. total ncp days in his service period is 81 days. his service period is Apr'17 to Dec'17.
PF dept says that he cann't withdraw the pension amount due to this but not justify why???
Can anyone help me about this.
If ncp days is more than 80 in 9 months service period, the person will eligible or not to withdraw the pension amount.
