Dear Professionals,
I just want to know if someone Gross salary increase more then Rs. 21000 then the employee is bound to be continue a member of ESIC. Like increase in salary more than Rs 21000 during contribution period will not change. After and before the contribution period if any employee cross the given limit then he will be no longer member of ESIC.
Can he by choice opt or continue ESIC membership once gross wages increase more than Rs 21000?
Please share if you have any GO regarding the same.

if the employee and employer both are agreed to pay contribution, there is no bar to continue, but the wages benefit will be under ceiling of 21000/- pm for benefits
