One of my employee coming in 11.00 and out time 18.30. (his duty time is 09.00 to 17.30.) So i am confused about his duty mark half day or full day.

Mostly, this depends on the local policy of the company. In my opinion, the time he clocked out, even though he worked an extra hour, is not a significant issue. He was 2 hours late in reporting. Typically, in most establishments, this tardiness would be considered as half-day attendance.
It would be beneficial to establish a written policy and communicate it to all employees. This way, everyone is clear on the working hours and expectations regarding late reporting.
