EPF Contribution for Ex Employee after has joined the organization after three recent job changes

Hi, One of ex-employee has joined the organization after three recent job changes, He was the earlier the member of EPFO and withdrawn the epf contributions. He doesn't want to be a member of EPF from now onward. Is it possible to do so?

Hi Arshad,
It is not permitted to do so unless he is out of the EPF slab in salary paid to him.
I advise you to put full information and also try to get on hand information available in various enactments to clear these doubts.
