I am working in a manufacturing company . we started a new plant in ODISHA and some of employees transfer from our Gujrat Plant to Odisha Plant. I want to know the process of transfer of EPFO members from Gujarat to Odisha Establishment . we had already take new registration in ODISHA epfo office .

As the same organisation transfer it is easy for you to deal with this query. As the same employer, you may ask employees to apply for transfer of their PF amount online in case all KYC's are updated and else ask them to fill the hard copy format and submit the same to PF office. The process can be done only after processing the first month salary of the employee and contribution submitted to PF office on respective UAN numbers.
