Due to a shortage of skilled labor, we are planning to implement an in-house training program. During this program, trainees will receive training for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Following the training period, based on their performance and the availability of positions, we may offer them a permanent appointment within the company. My suggestion would be to select trainees under 'National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) ,and after the training you may select the best out of the trainees.
