Is it legal to put employee Aadhar number in the company icard?

No any industrial law / acts talk about such provision therefore to incorporate Adhara number on I’d -card its not mandatory... But, its choice of Employer / Management.

Aadhar is going to be mandatory for most transactions and we better get used to adding column for Aadhar number.
In my personal reading, this document is going to be critical for all transactions.
Law will get amended after court verdict.

Hi Zohebahmed, Though it is not legally provided now to provide Aadhar number, but to insert in the company identity card is a good idea and can be useful always.
