2. Register of Wages - Form B
3. Register of Deductions for Damage or Loss - Form II
4. Register of Employees - Form XI
5. Register of Fines - Form I
6. Register of Muster roll - Form V
7. Register of National Festival Holidays - Form VI
8. Employment Register - Form Q
9. Notice of Daily hours of work Rest interval weekly holiday - Form S
10. Register of Advance Deduction for damage or losses and Fines - Form P
11. Register of Wages
