Recently, I had an interview at Cushman & Wakefield (Big 4 Real Estate) in Mumbai. I have been unemployed for 6 months. Currently, I am pursuing an Executive MBA from a top B-School in Mumbai. I have around 5 years of work experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management. However, I have not heard from them in a week.
The interviewer might not have agreed on a few points:
1. My requirement of having Saturdays and Sundays off for my Executive MBA.
2. Less contact with developers.
3. My salary expectation of 45k in hand, compared to my last drawn salary of 31.6k.
