Construction company job involves 200 laborers working on site. If laborers do not follow WC policy, they may face issues with ESIC coverage.

Hi Khalid, If employees wages are less than 21,000, then they need to be covered under ESIC. WC policy is for people, whom ESIC is not applicable. Feel free to call or revert for any assistance.
