How to inform ESIC about closure of a site (once a contracts comes to an end)

I run a security agency on contract basis. Once a contracts comes to an end, are we required to inform the ESIC about the closure of the site.

remove the employees by filing return, surrender the licence of the site and submit to the regional office with an intimation letter regarding closure of site business
