Worked for 5 months with an organization. They are not willing to release paperwork from their end because they are saying their company policy does not permit the release of papers. I haven't received any payslip either. If this is the case, how can I retrieve it from them, or if I get a job in another organization, should I convey the same to them? Will they address my concern? I look forward to hearing from you. Is there any other solution for this?

Do you have any appointment/offer letter with you which can prove that you were being offered by them? You need to avoid verbal communication. If you have worked with them, then it's your right to get a salary slip, offer letter, and relieving letter too. Start sending them an email stating that you have worked from... to ... and your salary was ........./-. I need my relieving documents, and I have already requested these documents several times. Kindly issue as soon as possible. If they don't listen, go legal or lodge a complaint. First, secure yourself by collecting good proofs of employment.

Thanks for your valuable info. During the employment time, enrolled for PF, offer letter, served notice period, salary pending from their end. What will be next course of action?
