Normally which factors we can consider while fixing Cost to Company (CTC). ( Basic/ HRA/ conveyance allowance/ PF/ ESI/ Gratuity/ earned leave/ canteen subsidy and what else) If any of the above is not considerable in fixing CTC, please clarify the same.
