Could you please tell me about the leave accumulation of an employee having leave balance and he is going to apply 28 days leaves for his marriage so can i allow him. your suggestion please.

If an employee has leave to his credit and is subject to the exigencies of work, leave can be allowed to the extent it is permissible in the circumstances. If the employee is seeking leave for their own marriage, considering the needs of Indian society, 28 days is not unreasonable, and you may consider it favorably to the extent possible.
