I have been associated with the type of industries that you have mentioned for over four decades besides myself being Engineer.
The check ups I have witnessed are the same for all branches of Engineering. That is measurement of height, weight, blood group, blood pressure, eye sight, hearing,previous medical history if any, etc that are a part of any standard medical check up.
