Dear Sir, Please tell me , what is the time limit for pf withdrawal which is available with private company trustee. And also how we can withdraw EPS from the company trustee.

trust based EPF is maintained and discharged by the trust fund only, you have to contact the trust only for your queries and withdrawal

There is no prescribed outer time limit for making claim laid down in PF (&MP) Act 1952. The Limitation Act 1963 puts a limit of three years for making a personal claim for the amount due. But if sufficient cause is shown, the limitation can be condoned and the claim recurs.
