Below are the standard clauses which we have in our agreement. Few centers are not following these, so we are looking forward to sending one formal communication to them. Please provide.
XYZ and PARTNER CENTRE hereby agree to adhere to all the clauses mentioned below.
1. COMMENCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT and TERM:
This agreement shall come into force with effect from 01st Apr 2017 and be valid until 31st Mar 2018. The Parties herein can renew the Agreement in writing on mutual consent after the expiry of the present term for a further required period either with modified terms or with the same terms and conditions.
2. Infrastructure:
2.1 XYZ requires adequate infrastructure to run its various courses (Regular and through contact programs) for its students.
2.2 PARTNER CENTRE shall provide a sufficient number of classrooms, at least one classroom for a minimum capacity of 15 students, Computer Labs with necessary computers at a 2:1 ratio i.e. 2 students shall be provided with 1 computer. The Partner Centre shall provide experienced faculty for conducting the Training Programs and Courses as designed by XYZ.
2.3 Computers shall be allocated to the students by providing a minimum Internet time of 2 hours for each student.
2.4 The faculty for regular courses shall handle both theory and practical sessions.
2.5 Payment will be made to the Partner Centre by XYZ, as per terms mentioned in Annexure - I for all the courses mentioned therein.
2.6 In any circumstances, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be disclosed to any unauthorized person or any students or their representatives or to our associates.
2.7 During the term of this agreement, PARTNER CENTRE shall not get associated with any Multi-Level Marketing/Direct Selling Company.
