Drafting/Framing Policy Statement, Issuing Notices, and constituting IC are Hardly Routine matters/approaches. Your Employer has to Comply with and Fulfill all the Duties stipulated in Section-19 of the said Act, among other Action-Steps, which include:
1. Organizing Mandatory Programs for the IC Members, namely a) Orientation Program and b) Capacity & Skills Building Program and
2. Mandatory Awareness Programs for the Employees at regular intervals to sensitize them all about the Penalties for indulging in Acts of Sexual Harassment.
