Dear sir, please guide me what is telengana government leave policy under factories act 1948.
How many casual leaves to be given to the workers in the calender year.irespective of earned leaves.and those who covered under esic are not advisible for sick leaves. but those who are not covered under esic should be given sick leaves. so please guide how many sick leaves to be given in a calender year
i mean
one earned leave for every 20 days working in a calender
how many casual leave to be given in a calender year ?
how many sickl leave to be given in a calender year ?

How many casual leaves to be given to the workers in the calender year irespective of earned leaves. - Its purely management discretion.
.and those who covered under esic are not advisible for sick leaves. - but those who are not covered under esic should be given sick leaves.
You can frame leave policy like that or if your having standing orders get this clause incorporated so please guide how many sick leaves to be given in a calender year - Generally it is paid - 6 to 12 per year choice is yours
