I worked as a HR in Operations & Payroll for 1 year in "A" company then got a better opportunity in "B" in better work roles. Then left the "B" company after 1 year then resigned mentioning that I am going for Masters, I have prepared well for MBA got seat but it was 16L and by the time sister marriage got settled. Then started searching for job, 1 company hold my offer for a month and told sorry the company CEO has done some fraud activities company sacked him and your result should be declared by him but they never told that i was not selected mean while the HR told that its better you search job in other company till the result get to know for your offer letter.
After 1 year 3 months gap got the HR job - Operations and Payroll in my same "B" company with best salary. Now if attend interviews in any company. Can I mention what happened exactly as mentioned or should I say some other reason. Suggest a best reason if any.
