Is the above register applicable to State S&E Registrations in the state of Telangana? Please advise me which organizations to follow the above forms. What is the rule position for adopting the above forms? Is it applicable to State level Shops and Establishments, i.e., in the state of Telangana? If not, which are the establishments to follow the above GO formats? Is it applicable to State Pvt. Establishments?

Dear Sir,

We applied for registration under CLRA in Shram Suvidha Portal. All payments were made, and the application was successfully submitted. We have received an acknowledgment number. The portal indicates to submit within the jurisdiction of ALC Hubli.

1. Do we need to submit any hard copies to the ALC Hubli?
2. Should we wait until the officer approves?
3. How many days does it usually take for the officer to approve the application?

Regards,
Shashi Kumar

See, it's CLRA compliance, meaning Contract Labour Act compliance. This register is derived from Ease of Compliance, now called ABCD, and is for all establishments covered under Central Labour Compliance. Don't get confused by other acts like the Factories Act or the Minimum Wage Act formats. For example, if your principal employer is central or has a project of the central government, blindly follow this. Very nice, Kamal Kant. Thanks on behalf of all.
