Dear OSMG, there is nothing called "Bonus Act Annual Challan in Haryana." The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 is a Central Legislation. Refer to Haryana The Payment of Bonus Rules. You have to submit the Annual Return before 31/12/2017. Are you from Management Consultancy Service? Please go through the relevant Act & Rules thoroughly before raising your query.

My question pertains to whether we should submit the Annual Return Challan (Form-D) in Haryana as well. We have already submitted Form-D for Delhi location. Does the same procedure apply for Haryana? If so, could you please advise where we should submit the documents?
