Hi Everyone,

I have been working as an HR professional with an organization for the past 3 years. However, suddenly, our employer has requested that I implement a system where every employee has the right to access and check the attendance records of any other employee in the organization, regardless of their position.

I am uncertain whether this is the right approach. If it is deemed appropriate, I would like guidance on how to execute this effectively. From my perspective, I believe this approach may not be feasible or the best course of action. I am seeking your input as I need to present this matter at our upcoming meeting to reach a final decision.

Thank you.

Giving access to everyone’s attendance to everyone is not a good idea. However, you can give access to their own attendance to employees. Thanks, Manish
