yes you can as after 10 years of service you will be eligible for pension. till then you can withdraw you pension also.

You are eligible for Scheme Certificate in lieu of EPS accumulations.EPS Memebership of 9 Years 10 Months is rounded off as 10 Years
Please contact your previous Employer for withdrawal.Further, if you opt for withdrawal now, you will not earn Pro rata interest from 01/04/2017 to date of withdrawal.Better withdraw during April 2018
