My question is many company hold 1st month salary and it will paid after 1 years of completion of service. Is it Legal or not ?

Dear Ravi, It is completely illegal practice. Any company follows are not abiding the rules and regulations laid down by the govt of India.

Dear Ravi
It is not at all acceptable to hold employee's salary till his probation completion.
If needed you inform your bosses/Management that it is illegal and unethical to follow such systems
