I have received legal notice for breaking 2 years bond from company. They had collected all my original documents and signed cheque of rs. 1 lakh while joining company. Company environment was not appropriate there was harrassment and training was also not good. While leaving a company i had some medical problems also. what shoud i do now?

Hi, You should approach for legal help and take advise from lawyer.You need to show him your agreement and clauses to get to the conclusion.

collecting original documents & signed cheque for rs1 lakh is not in conformity with law.As suggested by Mr Manoj Kamble please consult a Lawyer & initiate appropriate action for recovering Original Documents & signed Cheque before the same is misused,You should not have given the signed cheque & original documents at all
