Hi If Termination letter is issued to any employee as per Contract of employment whom should we have to send the copy in Labour office if the employee working in Coimbatore. Please advise. Chitra

Copy of Termination letter need not be sent to anybody except to the Employee concerned.In case Employee raises a Dispute against Termination, then you have to share the document with Authority concerned

Hello mam. I have been terminated by a psu bank on the basis of unauthorised absence i have been transferred in south so i do not want to go there that is why i did not contact the bank for about a year and a half now before 4-6 months they terminated me (terminated via discharge simpliciter) is there any way by which i can get my job back and i was in probation at that time not confirmed i have performed only 6 months of duty i know chaces of getting job is very mininal but i am now in such a bad situation so i want to know is there any chace....please reply me mam

Dear Friend,
Contact the employees union of the bank, they will be able to guide you. Further you must have very strong reasons for not joining duty in the south. The reason given above is not sufficient to get back your job.
Before discharging you from the service, did they sent you letters for joining the duties?
Can you share all the letters you have received from the bank?

Dear Chitra Anand,
The letter of termination to the contract of employment be handed over to the contractor with reasons, if the contract is time bound you are going to terminate the services on the right time, if the contract is predetermined before the contract date terminate the services with reasons validating the points clearly. This may not be sent to any authorities unless dispute arise in terminating.
