I worked at HCL Technologies from 10-Mar-2011 to 05-Sep-2017. HCL has one yearly salary component in its salary structure, which is YEPB (Yearly Earned Performance Bonus), equivalent to 10% of CTC. This bonus is paid out upon meeting the following criteria each year:
- Serving the entire appraisal cycle (01-Jul to 30-Jun)
- Being part of the August payroll
- Receiving an appraisal rating of "Met Expectations"
Despite meeting all the criteria, I did not receive the YEPB in my Full and Final settlement. I have contacted HR and my previous manager via email, but I have not received any response.
Could you please advise on how I can legally address this situation?

I have same experience, I worked in HCL for 2.5 years, the variable i got for 2nd year completion got deducted in F&F, which is not clarified by anyone yet ,

These criteria are factual and verifiable; much would depend on the appraisal rating of having "Met expectations." Do you have an open system of performance appraisal, and what performance feedback do you have? Is the evaluation of meeting expectations based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and what is your score? Is a bell curve method used to assess relative performance?
