I am a fresher starting my career in the HR field. I have recently joined a CA firm as an HR executive. In this firm, there are currently no HR systems and procedures in place. I am seeking guidance on how to initiate and develop the necessary systems, as well as how to create policies and procedures. I also need assistance in preparing job descriptions (J.D.), Key Result Areas (KRA), and other HR systems. Could you please provide me with guidance and suggestions on these matters? Moreover, I would appreciate it if you could teach me how to formulate policies and familiarize me with HR terminology.
