Greetings. I have a query regarding rejoining the employee. The employee already has a UAN and is also linked with an Aadhar number. There is a minor problem in his name between the Aadhar and UAN on the EPFO portal. Therefore, we are unable to rejoin him or generate a new UAN as the portal is not accepting his Aadhar. What can we do? Please suggest.

PLEASE generate New UAN with Name as appearing in Aadhaar Portal

You can also apply for change in the name on the PF site with the Aadhar card details and then rejoin him.
