What happens if employment background screening finds fake experience?

What do they do with that candidate?

And after this, if the candidate corrects his mistake, I mean in the future, will he/she use correct experience? Will the future of the candidate be secure or not?

You have asked a very generic question. The answer to the same is that the negative impact will persist for a long time. The candidate can be asked to leave the company or be terminated for providing a fake certificate as it directly breaches trust. Therefore, it is always advised that we should not begin a career with a negative step or false documents.

Regarding the future of the candidate, even if he chooses to rectify his mistake, the current employment may give negative feedback that will remain unchanged. Once trust is breached, it is very difficult to repair.

Thank you for providing this information. I have been considering a scenario where a candidate is terminated by their current employer within 2 days of joining. Subsequently, the candidate moves to a new company with the relevant experience. If the new company conducts background screening for new hires, will the previous background screening impact this new process?

It can impact, if the same back ground agency has been hired and also, if you have chosen to not highlight the 2 days, but the same has been noticed by the verification team.
