Hi,

In our company, we have more than 50 piece-rate workers who receive salaries ranging from 10,000 to 45,000 monthly. The question is, as we are going to conduct social audits (ISO, OHSAS, SA8000, Sedex), is it legal to classify them as piece-rate workers in the audits? Additionally, how should we manage ESI and PF for these workers?

yes sir they were deployed under a contractor but they didn’t provide us any bills they just give the number of pieces they stitched
