The situation is that eight months ago, a new employee joined our organization. At that time, the ex-HR executive had submitted information on the ESIC site but did not download the Pehchan form, which should be submitted by the employee along with his photos to the local ESIC office, a step he had not completed. Now, what can be done to resubmit the Pehchan Form since I have no idea where to access the form again from the ESIC site? Is there any alternative method available?
